3. AI-Assisted Tools

Articulory may use AI-assisted tools to support research, drafting, editing and content development.
All deliverables are reviewed, refined and approved by a human before being provided to clients.
AI-assisted tools are used to support the delivery process and not as a replacement for professional review and judgement.

4. Profile Access & Credentials

Where a client elects to use the Done-For-You Profile Update service, temporary access credentials may be provided voluntarily by the client.
Articulory:

  • Will only use credentials for the agreed purpose of implementing approved profile updates.

  • Will not share credentials with unauthorised parties.

  • Does not permanently store client passwords.

  • Deletes access credentials upon completion of the service.

Clients remain responsible for updating their password following project completion.

5. Information Sharing

Personal information will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Information may be shared with trusted service providers only where necessary to support service delivery.

6. Data Storage & Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect information from unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure.
While every effort is made to safeguard information, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed as completely secure.

7. Portfolio Consent

Articulory will not publicly share personal information, LinkedIn profiles or project materials without permission.
Where portfolio examples are requested, separate consent will be obtained.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time before publication.

8. Access & Corrections

Clients may request access to personal information held by Articulory and request corrections where information is inaccurate.
